Marc is not only a dedicated teacher but also a continuous learner. To better support his students, he deepens his knowledge by studying dance history, pedagogy, and psychology, and also pursues training in fields like anti-violence education, marketing, and event management. His holistic approach and commitment to personal growth have allowed him to connect with and inspire thousands of children, teens, and adults—many of whom have been learning with him for over a decade.

In 2016, Marc founded Art in Motion (AIM) with the vision of creating a space where dancers could develop their own voice, step beyond conventions, and discover the power of self-expression. Through AIM, he continues to lead dance projects, cultural events, educational programs, and visual storytelling through AIMgraphy, all while staying true to his mission: to help others believe in themselves and move through life with passion and purpose.

In 2018, Alicia made a pivotal decision—to place dance at the center of her life. She moved to Barcelona to pursue a Master’s in Dance, where she immersed herself in choreography, movement research, and body awareness. Her time there connected her with an international network of dancers from diverse cultural and artistic backgrounds, enriching her perspective and approach.

Alicia’s journey has taken her across borders, teaching and learning in Spain, the UK, France, the Netherlands, and the USA. Each experience has shaped her into the versatile, thoughtful educator she is today. Now based in Luxembourg, Alicia brings her knowledge, experience, and passion to Art in Motion, where she is dedicated to helping others grow—not only as dancers but as individuals. Whether in class, behind the scenes, or leading creative projects, Alicia is committed to building a space where movement becomes a powerful tool for expression, connection, and transformation.
